Amazing Customer Service with Home Loan Refinancing. Fiona and Bec from M Finance were once again absolutely excellent to deal with when they assisted us with refinancing our home loan to allow us to carry out some renovation and improvement works. Throughout the process, Fiona kept us up to date on progress, pre-empting any information the bank may require us to provide to avoid delays. Due to the exceptional customer service we received from Fiona at M Finance when we were searching for and purchasing our home a few years back, and since then, checking to ensure we were still getting the best deal on our mortgage, we didn't need to think twice about who to get to assist us with the refinancing. ~ chrislisa02

Experienced, very helpful and guided me every step of the way. . Fiona is very easy to talk to, gives honest, inciteful knowledge and guidance. My experienced was a quick turn around before xmas, willing to meet at any time to sign documents and the use of modern easy to use systems certainly helped an old boy like me.
